Description

A pasta salad with colorful veggies.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SALAD:
  • 2 cups Dry Elbow Macaroni
  • 4 cups Raw Veggies, Your Combination Of Broccoli, Peppers, Onions, Carrots, Cauliflower
  • ½ pounds Cherry Or Grape Tomatoes
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • ⅔ cups Ketchup
  • ½ cups Vinegar
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 1-⅓ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper

Preparation

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions for al dente. Then drain it.

Dice veggies, halve tomatoes, slice onions. Put the macaroni and veggies into a large bowl.

Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad ingredients. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 or more hours before serving.
