Mandolin Salad

Description
This salad was born when I bought a mandolin slicer and sliced everything I had in the house with it. Turned out it was delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Lemon, Sliced Paper Thin
- 1 whole Lime, Sliced Paper Thin
- 1 whole Peach, Sliced Paper Thin
- ½ cups Fennel Bulb, Sliced Paper Thin
- ¼ cups Dried Cranberries
- ¼ cups Flaked Almonds
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (really Just A Drizzle)
Preparation
1. Arrange ingredients in a fun way (see photo).
2. Drizzle with olive oil.
3. Consume!
