I love this recipe! I’m so glad you posted it, because I can’t figure out what I did with mine. It is a crowd pleaser!

Description
This salad is perfect for banquets or potlucks because you can make it the day before!
Ingredients
- 2 heads Iceberg Lettuce, Shredded
- 1 head Cauliflower, Sliced Thin
- 1 whole Red Onion, Diced
- 2 cups Miracle Whip
- ¼ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ⅓ cups Sugar
- 1 pound Bacon, Chopped And Fried To Crisp
Preparation
Alternate layers of lettuce, cauliflower and onion in a large bowl. Mix Miracle Whip, Parmesan cheese, and sugar then spread over lettuce layers, spreading evenly to seal in the lettuce. Sprinkle crisp bacon on top of the dressing, cover and chill until ready to serve.
You can make this the day before and toss right before serving. Salad tends to become watery if tossed too early.
