Description

Vintage summer salad recipe, reminds me of my grandma.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 Oz. Can) Chicken Or Tuna
  • 1 cup Celery, Diced
  • 1 cup Carrots, Shredded
  • ¼ cups Onion, Chopped
  • 1 package (10 Oz. Package) Frozen English Peas, Thawed
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • ½ cups Whipped Cream, Unsweetened
  • 1-½ cup Shoestring Potatoes

Preparation

Combine the chicken or tuna, celery, carrots, onion, peas, and mayonnaise. Gently fold in the whipped cream (not more than 2 hours before serving). Add some salt and pepper to taste.

Just before serving, fold in the shoestring potatoes.
