Description

A delicious power-packed salad that will keep you fueled up for a few hours.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed Greens Lettuce
  • ½ cups Chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • ½  Avocado, Sliced
  • 6  Kalamata Olives, Pitted And Quartered
  • 6 slices Salami Lunch Meat
  • 1 ounce, weight Dubliner Cheese Or Parmesan
  • Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette, To Serve

Preparation

Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve with a creamy balsamic vinaigrette.
