Description

Oh my! Ham and cheese are the perfect combination, kind of like PB & jelly. Healthy? No. Tasty? Yes.

Just a few simple ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Deli Ham, Sliced Thick, Cubed Into 1/4 Inch Pieces
  • ½ pounds Swiss Cheese Slices, Cubed
  • ⅓ cups Sour Cream
  • ⅓ cups Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons Dried Dill Weed
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and chill. Serve with crackers, flatbread, lettuce, your choice!

Yes, yes, yes! This is a great recipe. I love ham salad and the addition of cheese is one I never thought of. I didn’t have the swiss cheese, added fontina though and it was still great.

This was excellent even though I didn’t have sour cream. I added some relish & it was fantastic!
