Description

A great way to use leftover grilled chicken. And kids are tricked into liking it because of shoestring potato sticks!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Lettuce(s) Of Choice
  • 2 whole Chicken Breasts, Grilled
  • 1 jar (about 6 Oz. Jar) Heart Of Palm
  • 1 jar (about 6 Oz. Jar) Artichoke Hearts
  • 10 whole Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • 2 stalks Celery, Sliced
  • 1 whole Cucumber, Diced
  • ¼ cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • ¼ cups Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • ¼ whole Sweet Onion, Sliced Thin
  • 1 can (about 7 Oz. Can) Shoestring Potatoes
  • Salad Dressing Of Choice, I Use Vinaigrette

Preparation

Toss all ingredients together and serve.
