Description
A tasty salad that can be served as a meal.
Ingredients
- ½ heads Iceberg Lettuce
- 2 whole Roma Tomatoes
- ½ cups Cubed Cheddar Cheese
- 1 whole Large Avocado
- ½ cups Kidney Beans
- ½ cups Medium Black Olives
- 1 cup Fritos
- ¼ cups Cilantro
- ¼ cups Zesty Italian Dressing
Preparation
Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and avocado. Mix all ingredients together! Simple as that. Garnish with a bit more cilantro.
This salad is hearty and delicious!

This was a fave from childhood, only we used Catalina dressing. I recently made it for my kids and they liked it too!

This is such a great salad. I’ve made in several times, adding the taco flavored meat. I’ve never had anyone not like it.

We make this all the time….but add taco beef, black beans and use Catalina dressing. YUM!

ooooh, this is one of my fav’s! The Italian Dressing is what makes it rock.
