Description

This is perfect for picnics and family gatherings. Easy to prepare and sure to be a big hit!

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (8 Oz. Bottle) Catalina Salad Dressing
  • 2 whole Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1 whole Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 whole Medium Sized Onion, Chopped
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Ranch Style Beans
  • 1 head Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1 pound Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag (about 9 Oz. Bag) Frito Corn Chips

Preparation

Mix the dressing, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, and beans in a large bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight. When ready to serve, chop up lettuce and toss together with the remaining ingredients.

My family and I love, love, love, this salad. I’ve never added the bell pepper before though, will definitely be trying that addition.

A family favorite salad in my home. I’ve never added the green pepper before, but I will now. Sometimes, I add a pound of browned hamburger with a packet of lower-sodium taco seasoning to make it a heartier salad for the guys in my family. I still love the original way though.
