Description

This is a great salad—a favorite at potlucks and SO easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Spiral Pasta
  • 1 can (14 Oz.) Artichoke Hearts, Drained And Dried
  • 1 can (about 6 Oz.) Large Pitted Black Olives, Drained
  • 3 whole Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1 package Pepperoni, Chopped
  • ½ pounds Deli Cooked Ham, Chopped
  • 8 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1 bottle House Italian Dressing
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 dash Black Pepper

Preparation

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Use tri-colored spirals for a fancier look.

Prepare all ingredients as listed above, make sure that any items drained are also patted dry with a paper towel.

In a large salad bowl, combine pasta and all remaining ingredients. Toss to combine, being careful not to mush the pasta. Refrigerate before serving.

Note: you can use any heavy dressing you like. Parmesan, Caesar, etc. are good choices, just not thinner oil-based dressings.
