Description

My husband rarely “cooks,” but ate something similar to this at a restaurant and loved it so much, he remembered what was in it and duplicated it at home. It’s really good and even better left over. Yes-sir-ee!

Ingredients

  • 1 head Fresh Cauliflower
  • 1 head Fresh Broccoli
  • 1 whole Small Red Onion
  • 8 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese, Cubed
  • 1 jar (10 0z. Jar) Green Olives
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Sweet Peas
  • ½ cups (or More) Real Mayonnaise

Preparation

Wash and cut up the broccoli and cauliflower into small chunks. Dice the onion. Drain and cut up the olives. Cube the cheese. Add peas to the mix. Toss together with the mayonnaise, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Oh I bet the bacon was delish in it! You can also add tomatoes. I reread it & noticed I forgot to put that in the recipe! Glad you enjoyed it.

This is a great recipe! Sooooo easy! A nice addition to any meal! I was looking for something different and found this! And Yum! The only thing I did different was subed bacon for the green olives. The flavor of everything together was wonderful! Thanks for posting this recipe!
