Description

A very yummy shrimp salad that can stand alone as a nice lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Cooked Shrimp
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • ½ Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • ½ Tablespoons Dried Dill
  • ¼ cups Red Onion, Diced
  • ½ cups Celery, Chopped
  • Salt To Taste

Preparation

Rinse and dry shrimp, remove tails. Whisk together mayo, mustard, lemon juice, and dill. Add salt to taste. Add shrimp, onion, and celery to mayo mixture. Enjoy!
