Dar’s Summer Pasta Salad

Description
My good friend’s mom gave me this recipe. She got it from a caterer that she had worked for. Perfect for a summer BBQ! It is so good!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cups Sugar
- ¼ cups White Vinegar
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ½ teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper (to Taste- I Like More!)
- 8 ounces, weight Cherry Or Grape Tomatoes, Seeded And Chopped
- 2 whole Cucumbers, Peeled, Seeded And Chopped Fine (about 1 Pound)
- ½ cups Green Pepper, Chopped Fine
- 8 ounces, weight Macaroni Rings, Cooked Al Dente According To Package Directions
- 8 ounces, weight Green Cabbage, Chopped (about 1/2 Of A Small Head)
Preparation
Mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix with the cooked pasta and chopped vegetables. Chill for a few hours. Enjoy!
