Mmm.

Ingredients

  • 2-½ cups Cooked Chopped Chicken
  • ½ cups Craisins
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Onion
  • 6 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Canned Peach Juice
  • 1-½ teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
  • ¾ teaspoons Orange Zest
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 dash Ground Ginger

Preparation

Mix everything together. Best if left to sit in the fridge a few hours before eating.
