Fresh cucumber, skin peeled off, cut in wedges with lots of chaat masala sprinkled on top. A little bit of red pepper flakes and a nice squirt of lemon juice to top it all off.
Grind all of the chaat masala ingredients (everything on the above list except the cucumber and lemon juice) together in a coffee grinder and store in an air tight container.
For serving: Sprinkle some chaat masala on cucumber wedges. Squeeze some lemon juice on top and enjoy one of the world’s best coolers/salads just like that!
