Description

Easy, delicious and healthy Crab and Avocado Salad with Balsamic Drizzle. Five minute prep time never tasted so good!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Avocado, Peeled And Pitted
  • 8 ounces, weight Canned Wild-caught Jumbo Lump Crab Meat (drained)
  • 2 dashes Garlic Salt
  • 2 cups Mixed Field Green Lettuce
  • 5 whole Grape Tomatoes, Halved
  • 3 dashes High Quality Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation

In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork until smooth and creamy. Add jumbo lump crab and stir well until avocado has completely coated crab meat. Sprinkle with the garlic salt and stir well.

Add lettuce mix onto a plate and top with the tomatoes. Put a scoop or two of the crab and avocado mixture in the middle.

Drizzle the top of the salad and crab mixture with a high quality balsamic vinegar to your liking. Serve immediately.
