Pick a medley of really good tomatoes. I used a few different varieties from my garden, but if you’re not growing your own, just get some nice ones at your farmer’s market. Cut them into various shapes. I slice some and cut some in wedges.
Slice fresh mozzarella and pick your basil leaves.
And here’s the secret: arrange everything artfully on the plate. Remember, we eat with our eyes first.
Add salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil and you’re done. What could be easier?
