Description

A refreshing change for summer barbecue sides. Carrots, raisins, pineapple, apples, grapes all tossed in a yogurt and mayo dressing. Sweetness and crunchiness in every bite !

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces, weight Shredded Carrots
  • ½ cups Raisins
  • ½ cups Pineapple, Diced
  • ½ cups Apple Diced (skin On)
  • ½ cups Grapes, Cut In Half
  • ¼ cups Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt

Preparation

Combine carrots, raisins, pineapple, apple and grapes in a large bowl.

Mix mayo, yogurt, sugar and salt together and pour over the salad. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until cold.
