Sweet plump grapes combine with a basic chicken salad recipe.
Slice celery into fine pieces. Remove the skin from the carrot with a vegetable peeler and discard it. Continue peeling carrot with the vegetable peeler and give the peeled ribbons a rough chop. Wash and slice grapes in half. Add chicken, celery, carrot and grapes to a large bowl. Add Miracle Whip and mix to combine. Mix in salt, pepper and celery seeds (optional). Use immediately or chill in fridge for 2-3 days.
A wrap filled with sliced chicken, dried cranberries, dried cherries, toasted chopped pecans and chopped sun-dried tomatoes (all tossed together in a Greek yogurt dressing before piling it into the wrap!). Healthy and delicious!
