Description

This Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad is a simple dish that’s ready in less than 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Dry Rotelle Pasta (or Any Other Kind That You Prefer)
  • 4 cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce
  • 2  Medium Chicken Breasts, Cooked And Diced Into Small Pieces
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • ¾ cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • ¾ cups Creamy Caesar Dressing
  • Black Pepper To Taste
  • 1 cup Croutons

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and immediately rinse in cold water. Set aside.

In a large bowl, add lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and pasta. Toss with dressing. Add black pepper (if desired), croutons, and more Parmesan cheese, if necessary.

Serve immediately. Enjoy!
