Description

An amazing salad when you are looking for something other than the same old side salad. I think artichoke hearts would also go well in this salad!

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces, weight Canned Hearts Of Palm, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered
  • 1 whole Avocado, Quartered And Thinly Sliced
  • ¼ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
  • Salt And Pepper

Preparation

In a serving bowl, combine hearts of palm, tomatoes and avocado. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, orange juice and lime juice and vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
