A spring-looking salad that sticks with you long after lunch. Grandma Evie received this recipe on the back of her October 1973 Ottertail electric bill. Imagine having to pay only $10.17 a month for electricity and receive a great recipe!

This looks fabulous! We are having a HUGE party next Saturday and I was looking for a different pasta salad recipe. AND, I have a HUGE pot of fresh basil waiting to be used. Thanks for the reciped. Sun-dried tomatoes are one of my favorites. Thanks!

This salad was delicious! Made it yesterday afternoon for a bbq last night- a few hours in the fridge was just enough time for the flavors to meld. I put together my own balsamic dressing:
1/2 cup balsamic
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbls of dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
- just whisk the ingredient together until they emulsify.
