Description
A fresh and vibrant salad dressing!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Or Thawed Blackberries
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- ¼ cups White Wine Vinegar
- 1 pinch Dried Thyme
- ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
- ½ whole Orange, Juice And Zest
- ¾ cups Olive Oil
Preparation
Puree the blackberries and then strain them through a wire mesh sieve. Combine the berry puree, honey, vinegar, honey, kosher salt, black pepper, thyme, orange zest and juice in a bowl and whisk while slowly pouring a steady stream of the olive oil. Taste to check seasonings, adjust if needed.
