Ingredients
- 1 can Black Beans, Rinsed, Drained.
- 1 can Garbanzo Beans Drained
- 2 cups Corn, Frozen Or Canned
- ½ whole Onion, Finely Diced
- 2 whole Jalapeno Peppers, Seeded, Minced Or To Taste
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- ¼ cups Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Honey
- Salt To Taste
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Preparation Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Adjust to taste. Mix well, then refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.
Serve plain, with chips, or warm tortillas.
