Apple & Walnut Salad

Description
Every day ingredients like apples and walnuts turn an ordinary salad into something special.
Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Mixed Salad Greens
- 1 Apple, Cored, Peeled And Sliced
- ¼ Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- ¼ cups Walnuts
- ¼ cups Low-fat Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Sherry Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Low-fat Mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoons Mustard
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard and minced garlic and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Put the salad greens in a serving bowl. Toss the salad greens in the dressing and add the apple slices, onions and walnuts. Top with the crumbled cheese before serving.
