Description

A colorful salad packed with flavor that can be made ahead of time, and will be the star of the show at a potluck.

Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce, Cut Or Torn Into Pieces
  • 2 slices (thin) Red Onion, Cut In Half
  • 1  Green Bell Pepper, Seeded And Cut Into Strips
  • 12  Cherry Tomatoes, Halved Lengthwise
  • 12 whole Pitted Kalamata Olives
  • 10 slices Salami
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 4  Pepperoncini, Or More To Taste
  • Your Choice Of Salad Dressing

Preparation

To a serving platter, add lettuce, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, olives, and salami. Top with cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and let chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Just before serving, add pepperoncini and your favorite dressing (or serve the dressing on the side).
