I’ve made this salad several times this summer with different veggies from my garden (cucumber, tomato, sweet peppers). It gets lots of compliments and the flavor gets better the longer it sits so it’s an excellent dish to make the day before you want to serve it. Thank you for sharing. I love it!

This is SO good! My husband and kids don’t like onions or peppers so it’s ALL mine! Muhaha!

I really love this pasta salad. I use red peppers and omit the parsley. I also end up using a TON more dressing (almost the whole bottle). Although I add it little by little over time as it sits in the fridge.

This looked so good that from the moment I saw it on Wednesday when the sit launched I knew I would make it. I made 2 changes I used red and yellow bell peppers and cilantro because I tend to like cilantro more than parsley. It was exactly what I had hoped for and more, this may become my new favorite summer salad. I like it so much I am not sure about it serving 10 people as I keep eating so much of it.

I had to bring a salad for a work potluck, so I decided to make this. It was wonderful! Everyone loved it at work, and I left some home for mom and dad, they loved it too!
