Ok, so I grew up on the popsicles in the tube, and plastic packets of neon sugary goodness that they are, I felt that my son’s limited tastes make every bite matter. He LOVES these popsicles and I love how much good stuff he gets in every bite of these delicious treats! Experiment with whatever fruit combo suits you.

This comes from my amazing father-in-law Terry Nallenweg. Organic gardener, farmer and home cook, beer brewer and craftsman extraordanaire, the first time I met my future in-laws, they served this meal. Five years later, they still can’t get rid of me! While Terry is a man true to homemade ingredients, he has found nothing comes close to Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce!

Ok, this one is such a no-brainer, it probably seems silly to write it all out, but it is just so yummy and easy that I had to post it! Great on grilled fish or yummy crispy fish. Easy to double, I always just mix up a bit as needed.
