- 1 cup Cooked Whole Wheat Pasta (I Used Penne)
- 1 whole Small Roma Tomato, Diced
- 2 ounces, weight Fresh Mozzarella, Torn
- ⅓ cups Mixed Salad Greens
- 2 teaspoons Pesto
- Salt And Cracked Black Pepper
- Parmesan Cheese, To Serve

Toss all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Top with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
