Description

A light and flavorful glaze atop a salmon fillet for a weeknight meal ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Basil, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Basil, Minced
  • ½ teaspoons Lemon Thyme, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cilantro, Minced
  • ⅓ cups Teriyaki Sauce
  • ¼ cups Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 whole 5-6 Oz. Salmon Fillets

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line an oven safe dish with foil and spray lightly with nonstick spray.

On a cutting board, mince all herbs and place into a small bowl. Pour teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, garlic, pepper, and salt into the bowl along with the minced herbs, and whisk together with a fork.

Place salmon fillets skin side down in the bottom of the foil-lined dish. Pour the glaze over the top and distribute evenly with a basting brush.

Place salmon in the oven, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes, basting again halfway through the cooking process.

Remove from the oven and let rest for five minutes before serving. Add steamed veggies on the side for a light and healthy meal.
