This recipe is delicious and simple to make.
1. Cut chicken breasts in half.
2. Coat chicken with flour.
3. Dice a small onion.
3. In a frying pan, melt butter on medium heat.
4. Cook chicken and onion in the frying pan.
5. While chicken is cooking, mix the white wine and lemon juice in a bowl.
6. After chicken is done cooking, add the white wine and lemon juice mixture.
7. Let the mix simmer with the chicken in it. It will become a little thicker.
I usually serve this over noodles or rice.
