A hearty chili with fewer calories that will warm up anyone in the cold winter months.
Heat the oil in a large pot and add the onion. Cook the onion until soft and translucent, about 4 minutes.
Add garlic and cook another minute or until fragrant. Add ground turkey and seasonings. Stir and let cook about 6–10 minutes or until cooked through. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve with parmesan cheese and parsley.
