These moist, flavorful meatballs are perfect on their own or in your favorite sauce. They’re also a protein that adults and kids alike will enjoy.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all ingredients, being careful not to squeeze or over-mix the meat. Using a small ice cream scoop, form into 18-24 meatballs, place on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Bake 20 minutes or until cooked through.
If using in a sauce for pasta or as an appetizer, simmer baked meatballs in sauce for about 20 minutes.
