Description

These moist, flavorful meatballs are perfect on their own or in your favorite sauce. They’re also a protein that adults and kids alike will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1-⅓ pound Ground Turkey
  • ½ cups Onion, Finley Chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 whole Egg
  • ¼ cups Milk
  • ¾ cups Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • Salt And Pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix all ingredients, being careful not to squeeze or over-mix the meat. Using a small ice cream scoop, form into 18-24 meatballs, place on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Bake 20 minutes or until cooked through.

If using in a sauce for pasta or as an appetizer, simmer baked meatballs in sauce for about 20 minutes.

I have tried many turkey meatball recipes but I think this one might be the best! These were really easy to make, moist and very tasty. I added a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce and some red pepper flakes for heat. Very good!

I made these and modified it slightly adding parsley. These were very good and full of flavor. Not at all greasy, or dry. First I mixed all the ingredients together except the ground turkey. I think this is a nice and easy weeknight dinner. I will make them again!
