I use Hunt’s Chunky Vegetable Marinara to sneak in a few more veggies for those that prefer not to eat veggies.
1. Combine 1 cup of the marinara sauce with the remaining ingredients, saving the remaining sauce to top the loaf.
2. Allow the mixture to set up for at least half an hour, to blend flavors.
3. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
4. Form the mixture into a loaf shape, and place on a greased, foil-lined cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 30 minutes. Top with the remaining cup of sauce, and bake for another 30 minutes.
6. Allow to rest 10-15 minutes before serving.
