Fresh vegetables served over brown rice and topped with a sweet and spicy peanut sauce.
In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients for the peanut sauce together until smooth.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat add sesame oil, garlic and onions. Cook for about 1 minute.
Add bell pepper, zucchini and radishes, cook for about 5 minutes.
Add broccoli and cabbage. Cook for about 2 minutes more then remove the pan from the heat.
Evenly divide the rice, vegetables and peanut sauce over three plates.
