Ingredients

  • 1 package Chow Mein Noodles, 9 Ounce Package
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Sliced Red Onions
  • 2 teaspoons Knorr Chicken Flavored Bouillon Granules
  • 1 cup Carrots, Sliced Or Cut Into Matchsticks
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 whole Sliced Medium Sized Red Bell Peppers
  • 1 whole Sliced Medium Sized Green Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Pitted, Sliced Black Olives
  • ¼ cups Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 cups Diced Cucumbers

Preparation

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Then drain them and set aside.

In a stir-fry pan add olive oil and let it heat on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add onions and cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add Knorr seasoning, carrot sticks and honey into the pan and mix for 1 minute.

Add red pepper, green pepper and olives while stirring. Add soy sauce and shredded carrots, mix everything together and let it cook on low for 3 minutes. Add noodles into the stir-fry pan, mix everything together, and stir for 2 minutes.

Add salt and mix everything together. Stir and cook for 2 minutes then prepare to serve. Serve with a side of cubed cucumbers. This is something that enhanced the overall taste for me.
