Description

If you like pasta and love cheese, then this is for you!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ziti/penne Pasta
  • 2 jars (16 To 24 Oz. Size) Your Favourite Pasta Sauce, Any Flavour
  • 1 pound Fresh Spinach
  • 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Mushrooms, Sliced
  • ¾ pounds Fontina Cheese Cubed
  • ½ pounds Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Cubed

Preparation

Bring a pot of water to boil and cook pasta to al dente.

Meanwhile, in a second pot, add the pasta sauce. Heat until bubbly. Add fresh spinach and mushrooms, heating until spinach begins to wilt, stirring occasionally. Once spinach has wilted and mushrooms are cooked a bit, add the cheeses to your pot. You can add it all at once or a little at a time, it works both ways! Heat until cheese melts and sauce is a gooey delight.

Serve immediately over the pasta and enjoy!

Change up the flavours by switching the types of prepared pasta sauce you use, or use homemade.
