Description

Perfect for after Thanksgiving turkey leftovers! Super easy and beyond delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 4 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 2 cups Broth (chicken, Or Use Leftover Turkey Broth)
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • ⅓ cups Dry Sherry
  • 8 ounces, weight Spaghetti, Cooked Al Dente And Drained
  • 8 ounces, weight Mushrooms, Sauteed
  • 3 cups Turkey (cooked), Cubed
  • ¼ cups Parmesan (fresh), Shaved Or Grated
  • ¼ cups Almonds, Sliced
  • 3 dashes Paprika

Preparation

Melt butter in large pan. Add flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir until smooth. Add broth and milk.

Cook until smooth. Remove from heat. Combine with sherry, spaghetti, mushrooms and turkey.

Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and almonds. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.

Bake in a 350ºF oven for 45 minutes.
