Description

If you have never tried turkey meatloaf before you need to give this recipe a try!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE MEATLOAF:
  • 2 pounds Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1  Large Egg, Beaten
  • ½ cups Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cups Uncooked Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1  Medium Sweet Onion, Diced
  • 2 stalks Celery, Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ cups Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1 pinch Each Of Salt And Pepper
  • FOR THE GLAZE:
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Mustard
  • Dash Of Worcestershire Sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine all of the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl and gently mix until combined.

Spray a standard-sized loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place mixture in loaf pan and form to fit pan. (Optional: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Turn loaf pan upside down onto the parchment paper to remove loaf. Cook loaf on the parchment lined baking sheet).

Bake for 1 – 1 1/4 hours until internal temperature reaches at least 165 F. After about 20-25 minutes of cook time, brush on the glaze (recipe below). When done, remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

For the glaze:
Combine all of the glaze ingredients in a small bowl and stir until blended. Brush on meatloaf about 20-25 minutes after meatloaf has been cooking.
