Description

Stir-fry healthi-fied with extra-lean ground turkey. Peppery flavors with a hint of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 3-⅝ ounces, weight Extra-Lean Ground Turkey
  • 4-½ ounces, weight Mushrooms, Cleaned And Diced Into The Size Of Corn Niblets
  • 1-½ cup Corn, Fresh Or Canned, Drained If Canned
  • ⅓ teaspoons Salt
  • ⅓ cups Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Scallions, Chopped
  • ½ teaspoons White Pepper

Preparation

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or skillet on medium-high heat. Add turkey and stir-fry ground turkey with a dash of salt, breaking the turkey apart, until browned. Remove turkey from the skillet and set aside.

Add mushrooms into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, then tip in the corn and stir fry for another minute. Add salt and 1/3 cup water and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the water has evaporated.

Turn heat up to high, add pork back into the skillet and stir-fry a little more. Add scallions, white pepper and toss to incorporate.
