Description

Burgers made with canned tuna fish!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans 5 Oz Cans Solid White Tuna In Water Drained
  • ¾ cups Seasoned (or Plain To Your Taste) Bread Crumbs
  • 1 whole Egg
  • ½ blocks Regular Cream Cheese (use 1/2 Of An 8 Ounce Package)
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Dill Weed
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil, For Frying
  • 4 whole Hamburger Buns
  • Optional Garnishes: Tartar Sauce, Cheese, Etc

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except oil, buns and garnishes. Mold into 4 burgers.

Add oil to frying pan and heat well. Fry each burger about 2 minutes on each side until a nice crust forms.

Then place on buns with tartar sauce or coleslaw or a slice of cheese and tomato and yummy!

This is a good recession recipe, a nice change from hot dogs and beans nite.
