Description

Yummy spices make an average steak delish!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Ribeye, Hanger, Flat Iron, Or Strip Steaks
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Turmeric
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Salt
  • 1 cup Olive Oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except steak and beans) in a large plastic bag, seal bag and smoosh to combine. Add steaks into the bag, smoosh again to coat the steaks, seal tightly, put it into the refrigerator and marinate a few hours (at least 3 hours but overnight is better).

Preheat grill to medium high heat. When grill is hot remove steaks from the marinade and put them onto the grill. Grill until medium rare, about 3 minutes per side. Serve with Bush’s Grillin’ Beans Steakhouse Recipe!

Confused – “Mix all ingredients (except steak) in a large plastic bag and smoosh to combine”… So the beans are part of the mariade?
