Description

Classic breaded pork chops are updated with crushed tortilla chips and spices!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Bread Crumbs
  • ¼ cups Crushed Tortilla Chips
  • ⅛ teaspoons Cumin
  • ⅛ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • ⅛ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 whole Egg, Beaten
  • 2 whole Pork Chops
  • 4 Tablespoons Salsa
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 F.

Mix breadcrumbs, crushed tortilla chips, cumin, chili powder and garlic powder together in a small bowl. Place beaten egg in a second bowl.

Prepare pork chops by lightly seasoning with salt and pepper. Then dip pork chops in egg and coat on both sides. Then dip them into the breadcrumb mixture and coat on both sides.

Place pork chops on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from oven. Top with salsa and serve with a side of garlicky green beans. Enjoy!

Made this for dinner tonight and it was a huge hit. Very tasty, thank you! I love pork, but have gotten in a rut with it. This was a nice change. Served it with Mexican rice. Delicious and easy, my favorites
