Just as fast as spaghetti with tomato sauce, but much more extraordinary and spicy.
1. Cook the cheese tortellini.
2. Heat the spinach until melted.
3. Cut the gorgonzola and add to the spinach. Let simmer on low heat until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
4. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. (Note: Gorgonzola is already kinda salty, so be careful with the salt.)
5. Serve the tortellini with sauce and enjoy!
