Description

An easy to throw together dinner for those nights when you don’t have anything planned. This dish is a toddler favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Hamburger
  • 2 packages Beef-flavored Ramen Noodles (3 Ounce Packages)
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Whole Kernel Corn

Preparation

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble in the ground beef, and cook until no longer pink, stirring frequently. Drain off grease.

2. Stir in the flavor packet from the Ramen Noodles. Also add the tomatoes and corn (both with their juices). Break up the noodles slightly, and add them to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until noodles are tender. Stir occasionally to break up any clumps of noodles.

Notes:
**I use Del Monte petite diced tomatoes because they have better flavor than others and the smaller size means your toddler won’t eat around them. You could use any flavor of diced tomatoes depending on what you like. You could also use Rotel if your family likes spicy foods.

I made this tonight and it was good. It had lots of flavor. You can add any veggies you’d like really. Next time I think i’ll add green beans and carrots to it. Oh I aslo topped it with a little bit of cheddar cheese. Thanks for quick easy recipe!
