This chicken is hot and spicy—just like my attitude on most days! Most of the heat stays on the skin, which isn’t as spicy as you think once it’s been grilled. The meat is juicy, flavorful, and downright TASTY!
1. Dump all ingredients into a Ziploc bag and marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
2. Grill chicken on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes (or until done).
Note: we use an infrared grill, so the cook time is about 10-15 minutes longer for us.
