Description

Cheesy, creamy baked spaghetti thanks to plenty of mozzarella, Parmesan and cottage cheeses.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Spaghetti, Broken Into Smaller Pieces
  • 1 pound Ground Meat (beef, Pork Or Turkey)
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Divided Use
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Divided Use
  • 1 jar (28 oz. size) Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare spaghetti noodles as directed on the package. Brown the meat in a skillet over medium heat. Once it’s done, drain off the grease and set aside.
2. Place cooked and drained spaghetti into a large bowl and mix in the egg, cottage cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella and ½ cup of Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl combine cooked meat, spaghetti sauce and seasonings. Add this to the spaghetti and cheese and mix till combined.
4. Pour into a large casserole dish and bake on 350 F for 30 minutes, until bubbly.
