The perfect dish for potluck parties!
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Spray a 10-inch cast iron skillet with non-stick cooking spray for extra insurance! Set it aside for now. In a bowl, combine beef, Tabasco, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
In a medium skillet, preheated to medium-high heat, melt the butter then add the beef mixture. Brown beef until cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and drain any juices.
Take a handful of the Kettle chips and place them in a single layer on the bottom of the cast iron skillet. Sprinkle half of the ground beef mixture on top along with half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat these layers again. Place skillet in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cheesy.
In the meantime, make the fry sauce, Mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Remove skillet from oven when it’s done. Garnish with tomato, lettuce, red onion, and fry sauce. Serve immediately.
