Description

The best chicken fingers I’ve ever had. Very moist and perfectly delicious! My whole family loves them. Very kid friendly especially when served with mac and cheese and a veggie.

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Chicken Breasts, Cut Croswise Into 1/2" Strips
  • ⅔ cups Bisquick
  • ½ cups Parmesan, The Cheap Kind In A Can Works Great
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 whole Egg, Slightly Beaten
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450F.

Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with oil.

Put Bisquick, Parmesan, salt, garlic powder, and paprika into a gallon zip lock bag.

Dip half of the chicken strips into the egg and put into bag. Seal and shake bag to coat.

Place chicken on cookie sheet and repeat with remaining chicken.

Drizzle butter over chicken.

Bake at 450F for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway through bake time.

I made these for dinner tonight and they are so tasty! Quick and easy. I substituted dry bread crumbs since I did not have Bisquick. The spices together make for a great flavor. Thanks for sharing!

This recipe was fantastic! Easy to follow directions and excellent results.

Bisquick has a lot of trans-fat.

But a nice treat for the family. Everyone enjoyed it!

Thank you for sharing.
