Description

Smoky sweet ‘n spicy brisket made in the dead of winter without a grill! Only three ingredients involved, plus salt and pepper for this manly meal! Use it for your football parties to make any testosterone-filled man happy!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole 13 Pound Size Beef Brisket
  • 2 cans (12 Oz. Cans) Coca Cola
  • 1 bottle (About 18 Oz. Size) Head Country BBQ Sauce

Preparation

Place brisket in a roasting pan. Pour Coca Cola and BBQ sauce over the top of the brisket. Cover with foil. Roast in a 300ºF oven for 6-7 hours. Trim off fat and pull apart with a fork or slice. Heavenly good!

Just thought I would tell you that the cook time on the recipe print out is 7 minutes not 7 hours. Just thought that was funny in case someone took that literally!! Very excited to try this recipe.
